Fisher Phillips Selects Nesheba Kittling as Fellow With Leadership Council on Legal Diversity
CHICAGO, IL (March 4, 2013) – Chicago attorney Nesheba Kittling has been selected by the firm to be a member of the 2013 class of Fellows of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity (LCLD). The landmark program identifies, trains and advances the next generation of leaders in the legal profession. Kittling is a partner with the national labor and employment law firm and has been with Fisher Phillips since 2005.
Roger Quillen, chairman and managing partner of Fisher Phillips, said that Kittling is poised to grow as a leader in the industry. “Nesheba is focused on delivering superior service to the firm’s clients while being a ready-resource for her colleagues across the country. Kittling’s law practice is national in scope, appearing before federal and state courts and alternative dispute forums throughout the United States. Her practice includes defending management against employment discrimination claims and advising employers on a broad range of employment-related issues. From 2009-2013, Kittling was selected for inclusion in Illinois' Super Lawyers - Rising Stars for Labor and Employment Law.
As a law firm member of the LCLD, Fisher Phillips is invited to nominate one attorney for the Fellows program each year.
According to LCLD Executive Director Robert J. Grey, Jr., the LCLD Fellows Program, founded in 2011, offers participants “an extraordinarily rich year of relationship-building, virtual and in-person training, peer-group projects, and extensive contact with LCLD’s top leadership.”
