Fisher Phillips Adds Christopher Campbell in Irvine
IRVINE, CA (August 14, 2020) – Fisher Phillips, one of the country’s preeminent labor and employment law firms representing employers, announces the addition of Christopher Campbell as an associate in the Irvine office.
Campbell joins the firm from a California labor and employment firm where he defended employers across the state against allegations of wrongful termination, harassment, discrimination, retaliation and wage and hour class action lawsuits. He has particular experience counseling employers in the banking, finance, telecommunications and pharmaceutical industries and helping them create and implement sound workplace policies that reduce risks and avoid costly litigation. While in law school, Campbell worked in the in-house legal department of an electrical utility company with over 13,000 employees – a position he leverages in his business-approach to providing legal counsel and defense to his clients.
In addition to his traditional employment practice, Campbell has experience advising employers on implementing preventive workplace violence policies and helping businesses recover from threats and incidents of workplace violence. He works extensively with security professionals and human resources personnel to tailor workplace safety plans for his clients. Campbell’s experience and passion in this area of emerging law expands Fisher Phillips’ Workplace Safety and Catastrophe Management practice in California.
Campbell earned his J.D. and B.A. from the University of California, Irvine.
