Join us for lunch and a discussion on a hot HR topic. This complimentary event is a great opportunity to network and talk with other HR professionals and our lawyers in an informal and collaborative setting to get the information you need to stay in the know.

Engaging in the interactive process with a disabled employee can be one of the more challenging responsibilities for a human resources professional.  In this presentation, Fisher Phillps attorneys Zack Domb and Devin Rauchwerger help explore concepts including what questions you should be asking the employee and what can you cannot ask, what type and how long must accommodations be provided, the importance of knowing the essential job duties for a position, and much more. At the end of the presentation, you should feel confident in knowing the right steps to take to effectively engage in the interactive process regardless of the situation.
