After #MeToo, Time’s Up, and Weinstein – What Now?
Crown Plaza Ventura Beach
450 East Harbor Blvd.
Ventura, CA 9300
The treatment of women in the workplace was one of the most important issues in 2017, and the movement is not slowing down in 2018. From the #MeToo and Time’s Up movements, to the Women’s March, and to claims and publicity surrounding Harvey Weinstein, Kevin Spacey, and Matt Lauer, sexual harassment and pay equity continue to dominate social media and the news. All of this attention has thrown a spotlight on these issues for employees and has encouraged some of them to raise their voices
But where does that leave employers? And how can employers augment their policies and practices to address new claims brought to light, and prevent harassment from occurring?
Join Fisher Phillips partner Raul Zermeño as he walks you through what employers can do in the wake of these events and identify how employers can prepare and prevent such issues in their own work environments in 2018.
Please RSVP by March 29. Space is limited – attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
