
Overview
Rodrigo “Roddy” J. Dryjanski is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. Roddy has successfully represented employers in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour matters. He has experience representing management in union grievances involving discharge and contract disputes. He also advices employers on day-to-day employment-related issues. Roddy’s fluency in Spanish allows him to better assist his clients in the native tongue of a great portion of Southern California’s workforce.
Beyond employment disputes, Roddy conducts training sessions and workshops on employment law topics such as sexual harassment (English and Spanish), workplace investigations, and wage and hour compliance.
Roddy earned his J.D. from The University of Texas School of Law. His article on equal protection and employment was published by the Texas Hispanic Journal of Law and Policy. He later served as the Journal’s co-managing editor. During law school, he served as an extern for the Honorable Lora Livingston of the Travis County Court, and worked as a legal clerk for the Travis County Attorney’s Office
