Overview
Olivia Green counsels and defends employers on a wide variety of workplace issues and has extensive experience litigating employment law disputes, including disputes under the Fair Employment and Housing Act, wage and hour class actions, and actions under the Private Attorneys General Act.
Olivia graduated from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as the President of the Black Law Student Association was selected to compete on Loyola’s Entertainment Moot Court. While in law school, Olivia also externed for a fashion technology company, focusing on various employment matters in addition to technology-specific legal issues. In addition, Olivia was a summer law clerk at a full-service defense firm where she worked with the employment practice group to advise employers on employee handbooks, policies, and workplace investigations, as well as state and federal employment laws.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Olivia was an attorney for a California-based employment litigation law firm where she focused on wage and hour and FEHA matters and represented clients through all stages of litigation.
