
Overview
Michele Solari represents businesses in workplace-related disputes and advises them on all aspects of their employment relationships.
Michele was previously Deputy Attorney General at the New Jersey Attorney General's Office, Division of Law and Safety, State Police, Employment and Litigation. In this capacity, she defended the state and its agencies in a wide range of claims involving the New Jersey Law Against Discrimination (NJLAD), the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), New Jersey Civil Rights Act (NJCRA) and Title VII of the Civil Rights Act. Before that, she served as a law clerk for The Honorable Diane Pincus in the Superior Court of New Jersey.
Michele earned her J.D. from Rutgers Law School, where she served as a Moot Court Board member.
