
Overview
Heather Domingo is an associate in Fisher Phillips’ Sacramento office. She counsels and defends businesses in a variety of employment law matters including wage and hour litigation, Private Attorneys General Act (PAGA) actions, discrimination, retaliation, and harassment in both single-plaintiff and class actions.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Heather worked at a boutique employment and labor firm, representing private employers during all stages of litigation.
Heather graduated from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law and was inducted into the Roger J. Traynor Honor Society. During law school, she worked at the California Attorney General’s Employment Division, the McGeorge Immigration Clinic, and local labor and employment law firms. Passionate about helping others, Heather was awarded the Unity Bar Scholarship in law school for her commitment to community service.
