In interviews with Law360 and Daily Report, John Polson discusses the firm's largest and most diverse partner class in the firm's history, which includes 28 attorneys from 18 offices.

John shared with Law360 that he believes several factors contributed to the historically large size of the 2024 class. "The first is the firm's transparent compensation system/credit allocation system that fundamentally supports collaboration in the best interest of our clients," he said. "The system is purposefully set up to encourage partners to get associates directly involved with clients. Also, associates are encouraged to leverage business development hours to bring in new clients, utilize the firm's marketing department to elevate their practice, and network inside and outside of the firm."
