Timothy Tack is a partner in the Tampa office and has been representing employers in labor and employment matters throughout Florida for over 20 years, including hotels, restaurants, and healthcare facilities.
He is Board Certified in Labor & Employment Law by the Florida Bar and regularly advises employers on what to do if they receive an attorney demand letter, administrative charge, unfair labor practice charge, or notice of a wage and hour investigation by the U.S. Department of Labor. Timothy also provides advice and compliance tips to employers and assists in drafting employee handbooks, non-compete agreements, and other employment contracts.
In addition, a substantial part of Timothy’s practice is devoted to representing professional employer organizations and employee leasing companies in licensing and regulatory matters in Florida and across the country. He counsels PEOs and employee leasing companies on how to stay in compliance with statutory and rule requirements that govern these specialized employers.
