Tiffani W. Greene
Tiffani Wedington Greene is a member of the Employee Benefits Practice Group and brings a unique mix of experience in the complex area of employee benefits law. From counseling on the day-to-day operations of employee benefits plans, to assisting clients with the design and implementation of plans, as well as advising on compliance with changing laws, she has a deep understanding of her clients’ needs and how to create effective solutions.
Tiffani has extensive experience working with for-profit employers on qualified and non-qualified plans and executive compensation. In recent years she has been particularly focused on health and welfare benefits (group health, health savings accounts, cafeteria plans, flexible spending accounts, etc.) and the federal laws giving rise to fiduciary and compliance obligations relating to those benefits; such as ERISA, HIPAA, COBRA, and the ACA.
Tiffani began practicing in the tax and employee benefits group at a full-service international law firm. Complementing her private practice, she has served in senior counsel and compliance roles at multinational corporations. Tiffani’s legal expertise and real-world business experience, give her a practical, results-focused perspective when addressing client needs.
