Stephanie M. Robin
Stephanie is an Associate in the Philadelphia office of Fisher Phillips. Her practice includes counseling and defending employers in all areas of labor and employment law as well as employee defections and restrictive covenants.
Stephanie received her J.D., cum laude, from the University of Miami School of Law. She earned her B.S. in Exceptional Student Education, and her M.S. in Curriculum and Instruction of Students with Disabilities from Florida State University.
Prior to law school, Stephanie worked as a middle and high school teacher for students with special needs, which provides her with a unique understanding of the practical applications of disability laws. While in law school, Stephanie was part of the University of Miami Law Review, was an executive board member of the law school’s LGBTQ organization, OUTLaw, was active in the national LGBT Bar Association’s law student division and was named to the Dean’s List. She also interned with Legal Services of Greater Miami, working on disability and education law cases. Prior to joining Fisher Phillips as an associate, Stephanie worked in a small employment law firm as a law clerk, assisting with drafting employee policy manuals, pre-litigation drafting, responding to charges of discrimination, and research.
