Robert Wilson is a partner in the San Diego office. He represents management and employers in employment-related claims before courts and administrative agencies in the State of California. Robert regularly performs workplace investigations and employee interviews in relation to claims on behalf of Human Resources and provides detailed legal analysis of the facts, evidence, potential exposure and provides resolution strategies.
He provides legal counsel on the obligations arising from federal, state and local statutory provisions. His experience includes litigation of employment cases including wrongful termination, discrimination, harassment, Jones Act/maritime injuries, and complex wage and hour class actions from case inception through final resolution. Robert also represents clients in wage and hour class actions involving claims of unpaid overtime, missed meal and rest breaks and failure to reimburse expenses.
