Pelatiah Bickford is an associate in the firm’s Irvine office. His practice is focused on representing employers in a variety of employment cases, including claims for harassment, discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and in wage and hour disputes.
While in law school, Pelatiah worked in the EEOC’s Alternative Dispute Resolution division in the downtown Los Angeles office. Pelatiah helped successfully settle multiple EEOC charges alleging discrimination, harassment, and/ or retaliation in that capacity.
Prior to law school, Pelatiah was enlisted in the United States Army for three years. He was primarily stationed in Fort Bliss, Texas with the 5th Battalion 52nd Air Defense Artillery, part of the 11th Air Defense Artillery Brigade. Pelatiah was deployed to Bahrain in support of Operation Enduring Freedom.
