Overview
Natalie Horwitz is an associate in the Portland office. She advises and defends employers in all types of employment-related matters, including allegations of discrimination, sexual harassment, retaliation, and other employment-related claims. Natalie also advises employers on preventive strategies, including employee handbooks, training, and workplace policies.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Natalie was an attorney for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, where she represented the agency in labor and employment matters, conducted supervisor training, and advised management on investigations of sexual harassment.
While attending law school at Northwestern University, Natalie represented her law school in the ABA negotiation competition, served as Criminology Production Editor for the Journal of Criminal Law and Criminology, and provided legal assistance to immigrant youth at the Bluhm Legal Clinic.
