Overview
Mayra Rodriguez has practiced exclusively in immigration law since entering the field of law in 2006. She works on employment-based and family-based immigrant and non-immigrant petitions and I-9 compliance. Mayra also has experience with defense from removal and waivers of grounds of inadmissibility. She has handled appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals and the Administrative Appeals Office. Before entering the legal profession, Mayra was a Professor of Art History at Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota. She is fully tri-lingual in English, Spanish and French.
