Kyle is an associate in the Charlotte office. His practice focuses on representing employers in a variety of employment matters in state and federal courts, as well as matters prosecuted by the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and by the Occupational Safety and Health Administration.
During law school, Kyle was awarded the D. Reece Williams III Award in the ninth annual Judge J. Lyles Glenn Jr. and Terrell L. Glenn Sr. Mock Trial Competition. He was also recognized with the best advocate award at the Buffalo Niagara Mock Trial Competition in New York. During his time on the mock trial team, Kyle was a semi-finalist in a national trial competition for two years and received the most professional award both years. During law school, Kyle earned Cali Awards in Torts, Advanced Evidence, and Trial Advocacy.
Prior to joining Fisher Phillips, Kyle was a trial attorney practicing law at an insurance defense firm in Columbia, South Carolina. While there, Kyle took multiple cases to trial and obtained favorable verdicts.
