Overview
Russell is an associate in the Fisher Phillips’ Irvine office. He represents employers on a wide range of employment issues including claims of discrimination, retaliation, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour violations, and other employment related claims.
Russell earned his J.D. from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles with an emphasis in Civil Litigation. While in law school, Russell was a published member and Senior Note & Comment Editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. He was also a member of the Byrne Trial Advocacy Team, served as an extern to the Honorable Suzanne H. Segal (Ret.) of the United States District Court, Central District of California, and worked at the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office as a Certified Law Clerk in the Preliminary Hearing Unit.
