Justin Hall is an associate in the Los Angeles office. He represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment litigation, including single and multi-plaintiff claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage-and-hour violations. Justin also advises employers in their efforts to comply with state and federal labor and employment laws.
During law school, Justin mediated employment cases with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and California Department of Fair Employment and Housing through USC Gould’s Advanced Mediation Clinic. He also served as a Writing Fellow in USC Gould’s Legal Writing and Advocacy program. Before joining Fisher Phillips, he externed for the United States Attorney’s Office for the Central District of California.
