David Crockett is an associate in the Irvine office. He represents and defends employers in a wide range of labor and employment matters. David’s practice includes successfully litigating cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, and wage and hour and PAGA claims. David represents employers in both state and federal courts and agencies.
David also counsels employers regarding various labor and employment matters, including disciplinary actions and terminations, compliance with state and federal laws relating to wages and leaves of absences, and the development and enforcement of numerous policies and procedures, particularly arbitration policies.
During law school, David worked as a research assistant and as a judicial extern for the Honorable David Sam of the United States District Court, District of Utah. He also served as Senior Editor of the Virginia Journal of International Law. Before law school, David assisted a public defender in a variety of criminal law matters.
