Overview
Christina Vier is an associate in Fisher Phillips Los Angeles office. Christina represents a vast range of employers and individuals in the defense of various single-plaintiff, multi-plaintiff, representative and class actions, including allegations of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, whistleblower claims, wrongful termination, and wage and hour violations. Christina zealously advocates for her clients before various state and federal tribunals, governmental agencies, as well as in arbitration and mediation.
In addition to her litigation practice, Christina employs a steadfast and proactive approach to prevent or mitigate protracted and costly litigation. She advises and counsels employers regarding risk management and compliance with all aspects of local, state, and federal labor and employment laws. Christina also aids employers in developing their internal company policies.
While in law school, Christina served as a member of the Appellate Moot Court Honors Board and was a full-time extern to the Honorable David O. Carter of the United States District Court, Central District of California.
