Bobby Termechi is an associate in the firm’s Los Angeles office. He represents employers in all aspects of labor and employment law, including against claims of discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour matters, and wrongful termination. Bobby also assists employers in their efforts to comply with state and federal law, advising them on wage and hour matters, exemption status, termination steps, and other employment issues. Furthermore, he drafts employee handbooks, employment contracts, separation agreements, and various other forms and contracts for businesses.
Bobby graduated from UCLA School of Law, where he served as the Chief Managing Editor of the UCLA Entertainment Law Review. During law school, he represented litigants involved in wage and hour claims filed with the Department of Labor Standards Enforcement. Moreover, Bobby served as a law clerk at the California Attorney General’s Office and gained a unique perspective into employee claims through working at multiple plaintiffs’ employment discrimination firms.
