Brian Bradford focuses his practice on advising and counseling clients on workplace litigation matters, including claims involving restrictive covenants, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, Title VII, Section 1981 of the Civil Rights Act, Nevada state laws, and various common law tort claims. He represents employers in a variety of industries, including retail, hospitality, automobile dealerships, government contractors, and healthcare. Brian also regularly assists clients with employee handbooks, internal policies and procedures, employment agreements and training. He frequently conducts training and educational seminars for lawyers and human resource professionals on various aspects of developing employment law.

A native of Compton, California, Brian earned an appointment to attend the United States Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, Colorado. Brian served six years as a commissioned officer in the United States Air Force, providing valuable leadership in anti-terrorism planning and operations. He attained the rank of Captain before embarking on his legal career.

While attending the William S. Boyd School of Law at University of Nevada, Las Vegas, Brian served on the school’s Nevada Law Journal, as well as on the Moot Court team. After graduation, Brian served as a judicial clerk to the Honorable Philip M. Pro, US District Court for the District of Nevada.
