Andrew Swafford is an associate in the Louisville office. His practice involves representing employers in litigation of employment disputes involving Title VII, the Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), retaliation, breach of contract, and wrongful termination claims.
Prior to joining the firm, Andrew clerked for Judge Barry Willett in Jefferson Circuit Court and also served as a staffer for a United States Senate Committee in Washington, DC.
While in law school, Andrew was selected as a member of the University of Louisville Law Review and later served on the Editorial Board as Notes Editor.
Andrew currently serves as a Captain in the United States Army JAG Corps Reserves.
