Overview
Tony Dick is an attorney in the firm's Cleveland office where he regularly counsels employers in all areas of labor and employment law. Tony has substantial experience representing employers in a wide variety of employment litigation in state and federal courts and before various administrative agencies. These matters include cases involving allegations of unlawful discrimination and harassment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract, and many other employment-related claims. In addition, he routinely defends employers against charges of discrimination before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) and the Ohio Civil Rights Commission.
Tony is an allied member of the Ohio Hotel & Lodging Association and frequently lectures to members of the hospitality industry on a wide variety of employment-related topics.
