Today, OSHA posted a press release announcing two week reprieve for employers to submit the 300As (only the 300As this year regardless of size if more than 20 employees) from December 1 to December 15, 2017.

What do the staggering amount of harassment allegations tell us about our efforts to get employees to report harassment, bullying, unprofessionalism and unsafe conditions or unsafe behavior?

A year of hurricanes, fires, explosions and mass shootings has shown that employers are ill prepared for a new type and volume of catastrophes - and in fact may not even recognize the next big catastrophe coming. It's time to plan, and to be creative.
